Clinic Appointments screen is blank

Issue with Clinic Appointments screen intermittently blank for certain users when accessed via the menu.

Some users may experience an issue caused by their homepage being set to Clinic Appointments.


Check the userโ€™s homepage setting

  1. Click the Menu icon.

  2. Select People Management.

  3. Choose Edit User.

  4. Check the Home Page field and ensure it is not set to Clinic Appointments.

If the homepage is set to Clinic Appointments, change it to an alternative homepage and save the update.


Additional information

This issue has been fixed in RIO version 23.09.00.

If the user is still experiencing the issue and their homepage is not set to Clinic Appointments, please type talk to a person in the Digital Assistant. The system will connect you to a live support agent.

When contacting support, please provide:

  • The affected UserID.

  • The date and time when the issue occurred.
