You may experience slowness on the Clinic Appointments screen when a user has many clinic tabs open or cached. This can affect how quickly the screen loads and responds.
Improve performance
Closing any unused clinic tabs should improve the performance of the screen.

Clinic screen frozen
If the screen has frozen and you cannot close the tabs manually, we can help by clearing the tabs through a data fix. Please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
