When accessing RIO, if the page appears white and blank, it indicates that Microsoft Silverlight is not functioning correctly.
Resolution
Clear Silverlight Cache:
Navigate to one of the clinic pages from the Menu, such as Clinic Appointments.
Right click anywhere inside the application and select Silverlight.
Click the Application Storage tab.
Locate RIO and click Delete.
If the above does not work, please check to see if a Windows Update has been run.
