When trying to end the clinic link in RIO to an eReferral, the following error message appears:
Unable to save service. An appointment is part cancelled or cancelling, please navigate to the issue resolution screen to resolve this.
This prevents the clinic link from being completed.
If this issue is occurring, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
