Error when processing an appointment

When processing an appointment an error occurs.

An error occurs when processing an appointment, preventing completion:

โ€‹Invalid Token
You do not have the right token in order to perform the action
Please contact your system administrator

Verify the following:

  1. Has the appointment outcome been completed.

    • Confirm that the appointment has been marked as completed in the system.

  2. Has the associated appointment waiting list been removed.

    • Check if the waiting list entry linked to the appointment has been cleared.


Next steps

  • If neither of these conditions has been met, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.

  • Include full details of the appointment:

    • Appointment date and time

    • ClientID

    • Error messages
