You do not have the right token in order to perform the action
Please contact your system administrator
Verify the following:
Has the appointment outcome been completed.
Confirm that the appointment has been marked as completed in the system.
Has the associated appointment waiting list been removed.
Check if the waiting list entry linked to the appointment has been cleared.

If neither of these conditions has been met, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
