Error caused by missing referral team access
If you are seeing this error, it is often due to the HCP not having access to the required referral team.

To resolve this, please check that the user has the correct permissions assigned within the People Management section of RIO.

If you are not sure which team the user needs access to, or the error continues after updating permissions, we can assist further.
Please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
To speed up the investigation, please provide:
ClientID
Appointment details, including the appointment date.
HCP name.
