Unable to book appointment in HCP Diary due to error message

Guidance on the below errors when booking an appointment:

  • Error one:

Error: Could not execute query [ SELECT this_.SequenceID as SequenceID57_9
  • Error two:

Error: Entity 'CSEHealthcare.Domain.Objects.Custom.Clinics.AmsHcpTemplate' with identifier 'CSEHealthcare.Domain.Objects.Custom.Clinics.AmsHcpTemplate' has changed Property 'EndDay' has changed from '' to 'Sunday'

If you are experiencing error one, this occurs when a client appointment already exists on the diary already. Please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.

  • Provide the following details:

    • Affected user details.

    • Client ID.

    • Error message.

If you are receiving error two, this indicates that the affected HCP does not have the HCP Diary Template configured correctly.


Steps to check HCP Diary Configuration

  1. Click Menu, then select HCP Diary Configuration.

  2. Ensure all fields are fully populated:

    • Start Day

    • Start Time

    • End Day

    • End Time

    • Slot Length


If the issue persists

If you still experience error two after completing the above steps. Please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.

  • Provide the following details:

    • Affected user details.

    • Client ID.

    • Error message.

This will allow us to investigate the relevant error message further.
