Unable to reverse outcome on appointment

Unable to reverse the appointment outcome of specific client.

There are two known issues that will be resolved with a software fix in a future release.

If the reverse outcome button doesn't do anything, the software fix reference is ADO 127024 and is fixed in RIO version 24.07.00.

If the error is:

Transaction count after EXECUTE indicates a mismatching number of BEGIN and COMMIT statements. Previous count = 1, current count = 0

This is because the appointment is associated to a deleted waiting list. As a workaround, please enable the necessary waiting list to reverse the outcome. The software fix reference is ADO 17597 and is fixed in RIO version 23.09.00.

If you cannot reverse the appointment outcome, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent. Please provide the ClientID, date and time of the appointment.
