When trying to outcome a clinic appointment, the Outcome/Conclusion field is empty or does not contain the required option.
The field is populated based on the outcomes linked to the specialty. Details of which can be found in the Appointment management section of the System Admin Guide.

Things to check:
The clinic gets its specialty from the clinic type and/or the team.
Is the Clinic Type or team linked to a specialty.
Check that the specialty is linked to the outcome(s) in the AMS Specialty Outcome filter screen.
If the above appear to be correct, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
