Unable to outcome an appointment one or more clients in this series of appointments has already had a first appointment outcomed.

The client will have multiple appointments for the referral where the appointment types are set as First Appointment Type.

To fix this:

  1. Check the appointment type assigned to each appointment.

    • Make sure only one appointment per referral is set to a type marked as First Appointment Type.

  2. Update the appointment type settings in the master table:

    • Go to the AmsAppointmentType table.

    • For the 72 hr Follow Up (SMS) appointment type, ensure it is not marked as a First Appointment Type.


Cause

This usually happens when:

  1. An appointment is assigned a type that isn't marked as a First Appointment Type.

  2. The appointment type 72 hr Follow Up (SMS) is being used, which should not be considered a First Appointment Type.

If this issue is occurring, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent. Ensure to provide the ClientID and details of the appointment that requires outcoming
