Unable to cancel or outcome appointment from Client Diary screen

Unable to cancel or outcome a clinic appointment from the Client Diary screen without first moving it to a Scratch Pad or transferring it to an HCP. The only dropdown options showing are Move to Scratch Pad and Transfer to HCP.

Ensure you have access to the Clinic listed under Location on the Client Diary screen.


Issue

You may encounter issues when trying to manage or outcome appointments if you do not have access to the relevant Clinic associated with the appointment.


Steps to assign clinic access

  1. Navigate to People Management.

  2. Click Edit User.

  3. Go to Clinic and Ward.

  4. Add the required Clinic to Selected Clinics.


If the issue persists

Please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
