Guidance regarding being unable to outcome appointment due to an error.

An error was fond whilst trying to save the outcome.
Actual Time: conflicts with a previously outcomed Appointment/Activity.

When trying to outcome an appointment, you may encounter an error due to conflicting activities in the HCP Diary.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log onto RIO.

  2. Click on HCP Diary and check if any Activities clash with the appointment you are trying to outcome on the same day.

  3. Cancel any conflicting Activities from the HCP Diary.

  4. Attempt to outcome the appointment again.
