Cause
The HCP’s diary contains activities or events that prevent appointment slots from being displayed.
Resolution
To resolve this:
Check the HCP’s diary for any activities that block availability.
If the HCP is unavailable, change the booking to another HCP who does have availability.
🤓Tip: Once an available HCP is selected, appointment slots should display as expected.
