Issue
When attempting to discharge a referral, you may see the following error:

Description: Procedure or function 'usp_GetFutureTeamPlannerAppsForReferral' expects parameter '@ReferralSeqID', which was not supplied.

Cause
This occurs when the system is unable to locate or pass the ReferralSeqID required for retrieving future Team Planner appointments linked to the referral.
Resolution
If you are receiving this error:
Open the Digital Assistant.
Type talk to a person.
You will be connected to a live support agent who can assist and arrange any required fixes.
