Try running the merge again when the system is quiet, such as:
Early in the morning.
Late in the day.
Issue
When merging clients, you may see the following error message:
Error No: 500-100 Internal Server Error Category: Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server (0x80040E14) Description: The Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MS DTC) has cancelled the distributed transaction. File: /rio/demographics/DemClientMergeCommit.asp
Cause
This error occurs because the merge process takes longer than 30 seconds to complete.
