When synchronising client data from the National Spine, you may receive the following error:

Cause
This error occurs because the Spine message contains client names for either the client or a family member, and one of the surname fields is blank.
Resolution
Raise this issue with the Spine Back Office, pointing them to the Surname fields in the message.
