Issue
When attempting to reverse a referral in RIO, the system may prevent the action from completing.
Cause
This commonly happens when the referral still has an active Waiting List or RTT Pathway associated with it.
These must be removed before the referral can be reversed.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:
Log in to RIO.
Locate the relevant Waiting List or RTT Pathway linked to the referral.
Open the record and use the Actions menu to remove the active entry.
Once removed, try to reverse the referral again
If you still cannot reverse the referral
If the referral still cannot be reversed after completing the steps above:
Open the Digital Assistant.
Type talk to a person.
You will be connected to a live support agent who can assist further.
