Issue
An appointment shows as booked in the client diary, but appears cancelled in other parts of RIO.
When attempting to cancel the appointment, the message: Appointment is Cancelled is displayed.
Cause
This happens when two actions are made on the same appointment at the same time. Examples include:
User A cancels the appointment, while User B is editing the appointment details.
When User B selects Update, their changes overwrite the cancellation.A single user completes these actions across multiple RIO browser tabs, causing conflicting updates.
