Issue
When opening an appointment in the Client Diary, you may see the message:
No actions available for this appointment.
Cause
This is intended behaviour.
The message appears when the user does not have access to one or more of the appointment’s linked items:
HCP
Team
Caseload
Speciality
The system restricts actions to ensure users only interact with appointments they are authorised to manage.
If access is missing for any of the linked elements, the action menu will not show any options.
Resolution
To resolve or investigate further:
Confirm the user has access to the relevant HCP, Team, Caseload, and Speciality.
Review the user’s roles and permissions within your system configuration.
Adjust permissions as required.
