HCPs who work in the same team automatically have access to each other's diaries, no configuration is required. HCPs from different teams do not have automatic diary access. A system administrator must explicitly grant cross team access before an HCP from a different team can be added to an appointment.
Grant cross team diary access
There are two ways to grant cross team diary access. Both methods automatically update each other, so you only need to use one.
From the HCP's diary page
Use this method to control who can see a specific HCP's diary.
Go to Rio Configuration, then click HCP Diary Configuration.
Select the HCP from the pick list and click GO.
Go to the Diary Access section.
Use the search field to find the user you want to grant access to.
Move the user from the Available list to the Users with access list.
Click Save.
From the user's account page
Use this method to control which diaries a specific user can see.
Go to User Administration, then go to the individual user's account.
Click the Diary Access tab.
Add the HCPs whose diaries this user should have access to.
Click Save.
