This is a known software fault that is fixed in RIO version 24.04.00. If this issue is occurring, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
Assessment form deletion or changes do not affect edits
Resolving an issue where changes to an assessment form like deleting or updating it from the Clinical Record Management screen only affects the original version, not any edits.
