Letter template not appearing on the HCP diary screen as expected

This article addresses the issue with letter templates not pulling through to the HCP diary screen.

To resolve this issue please follow the below steps:

  1. Click on Menu.

  2. Navigate to the HCP Diary Template screen within HCP Diary Configuration.

  3. Select the relevant HCP.

  4. At the bottom of the screen, select the desired letter template.

  5. Add the template to the list of configured templates if it is not already present.
