Some Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) may see a blank diary when accessing their own diary screen. Instead of defaulting to their diary, the dropdown appears empty.
This issue can occur if there is a mismatch in how the HCP is listed in the system tables that control diary access.
To resolve this:
Go to People Management.
Open the HCPโs profile.
Remove the HCP from their own Diary Access list.
HCPs already have access to their own diary automatically, so they do not need to be added here manually.
If the issue continues after removing them from Diary Access, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
