Error message:
You do not have the required access rights to view the page.

This typically occurs after changes have been made to menus, resulting in users being unable to access certain screens or log into RIO.
Cause
The issue happens when a menu item is amended and a role is removed from that menu item.
When roles are removed, it removes the role from all associated menu items, preventing any user with that role from logging in.
Workaround
Add the role back to the menu item.
This reinstates access for users with that role, allowing them to log back into RIO.
To remove the role properly:
Create a new menu item and assign the roles that need access.
Delete the original menu item.
