Record Removal feature enables users to identify and remove client records from the RIO database if they match one of a set of configurable criteria based on the following options:
No contact with the client has been recorded in RIO for a defined period of time.
Whether the client is an adult or a child.
Whether the client has been deceased for a defined period of time.
The tool permanently removes all records associated with the selected clients who meet the chosen criteria.

β οΈWarning: Records removed in this way are permanently removed from the Rio database and cannot be recovered by RIO. The retrieval of records removed in error can only be achieved by processes outside of RIO using external back-ups.

Follow the same steps above when adding the record removal menu item.
Unable to see patient on the record removal screen
The patient has to have had at least one assessment form created in order for them to be displayed on this screen. If they do, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
Record Removal screen timing out
This is a known issue that is fixed in 24.07. The Access reference for this fault is 153721.
Workaround
The current workaround available is to logically delete the patient until the Record Removal screen is fixed. To logically delete the patient:
Go to Menu and search Client Logical Delete.
Press Delete a Client at the bottom of the screen.
Search for the patient.
Select a mandatory reason and press Save.
