Issue
When selecting the Client Information icon from Caseload, Diary, or the Monthly Team Planner, users receive the following message:
The action you have just performed has caused an error.
This occurs when one or more assessment read‑only fields SQL settings are not configured correctly.
Cause
The SQL configuration for assessment read‑only fields within the Case Record Configuration is incorrect or incomplete, which prevents the Client Information panel from loading.
Resolution
Follow the steps below to identify and correct the configuration:
Identify the Case Record items
These are the records that display when the Client Information icon is selected.
Click Menu.
Select Case Record Configuration.
Review the items configured for display under the Client Information section.
Review and correct the Assessment read only fields SQL
Go to RIO.
Open Assessment Maintenance.
Select Read only fields.
Locate the relevant codes linked to the case record items.
Edit and correct the SQL configuration as required.
Once the SQL entries are corrected, the Client Information icon should load normally without errors.
