Error message:
Invalid username/password or no role assigned
Users have accounts in RIO but are unable to log in. The error message may state:
Invalid username/password
No role assigned
This can occur even if the user appears to have the correct role assigned.
Resolution
If this issue occurs:
Please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
Include the following details in your case submission:
The full error message displayed.
The username of the affected account.
Our team will check whether the user has attempted to log in and investigate further.
