When using the Exclude Bank Holidays functionality in RIO, a pop up window will appear on the clinic to inform the user that the selected date is a bank holiday. However, the user can still proceed to book an appointment if they choose.
Resolution
To enable the Exclude Bank Holidays functionality:
Navigate to Clinic Maintenance.
Press CTRL + F on your keyboard to open the Find window.
Search for your clinic and select it.
Tick the option Exclude Bank Holidays.
📌Note: This feature is designed to warn users about bank holidays, not to block bookings entirely. Users retain the ability to book appointments if required.
