When using the Exclude Bank Holidays functionality in Access Rio, a pop up window appears on the clinic to inform you that the selected date is a bank holiday. You can still proceed to book an appointment if needed.
Resolution
To enable the Exclude Bank Holidays functionality:
Open Clinic Maintenance.
Press CTRL + F on your keyboard to open the Find window.
Search for your clinic and select it.
Tick the option Exclude Bank Holidays.
đNote: This feature is designed to warn you about bank holidays, not to block bookings entirely. You can still book appointments if required.
