When booking an appointment on a Friday for a clinic that does not operate on that day, RIO will automatically redirect the appointment to the next working day for example Monday.
However, RIO does not currently check for Bank Holidays, and may therefore book the appointment on a Bank Holiday without warning.
Resolution
This is a known software fault identified in RIO version 24.03.01, and it may also affect earlier versions. Our Development team has confirmed that a fix is planned for a future release version 26.04.00.
