If you need to enable or amend overbooking for clinic sessions, please follow the steps below.
Go to Clinic Maintenance.
Press the + next to the clinic name.
Click on a stream.
Locate the Overbooking checkbox and update it for each session as required.

If you want to be able to book multiple appointments at the same time in a clinic, type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent. Ensure to include the Clinic ID in your case details so we can assist you promptly.
