Example warning message when trying to delete a HCP:

Please cancel or outcome the appointment(s)
When trying to delete a HCP via People Management, you may see the warning message reporting that the HCP has active appointments. This may be due to:
Unoutcomed appointments, that need to be cancelled or outcomed.
A problem with the software that incorrectly identifies appointments as unoutcomed.
If this issue is occurring, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent. Ensure to provide the affected UserID.
