In RIO version 22, a new postcode search feature is available. You can enter a postcode, and the system will display a list of available address for you to select.
Steps to use Postcode Search
Navigate to either:
Demographic screen for a client, or
Person Admin screen.
In the Address Search:
Enter the postcode.
Select the correct address from the list provided.
Known issue
If you encounter either of the following errors:
PAF Key Search is currently unavailable.
Address Search is currently un available.
Please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
Additional information
There is a known issue in RIO 22+ postcode search when the address contains an ampersand (&). This will be resolved in RIO version 24.05.00.
