In RIO version 22, a new postcode search feature is available. You can enter a postcode, and the system will display a list of available address for you to select.

- Demographic screen for a client, or
- Person Admin screen.

- Enter the postcode.
- Select the correct address from the list provided.

1. Navigate to either:
 - Demographic screen for a client, or
 - Person Admin screen.
2. In the Address Search:
 - Enter the postcode.
 - Select the correct address from the list provided.

If you encounter either of the following errors:

PAF Key Search is currently unavailable.

Address Search is currently un available.

- PAF Key Search is currently unavailable.
- Address Search is currently un available.

Please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.

There is a known issue in RIO 22+ postcode search when the address contains an ampersand (&amp;). This will be resolved in RIO version 24.05.00.

Guidance when searching postcodes in Demographics it errors.
