Slow performance

This guide articulates the information we require to investigate slow performance issues.

If RIO is running slow please try to and identify:

  • What area in RIO it is running slow?

  • Is it running slow every time you go into the same screen?

  • Do you receive an error message?

  • Is it one site or are all sites reporting the problem?

  • Example ClientID for an engineer to use whilst investigating.
