The error in question is:
The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_DTSQueueArchive_ClientID". The conflict occurred in database "RIO_LIVE", table "dbo.DTSQueueArchive", column 'ClientID'
This is a known issue that is resolved in RIO version 23.08.00.
If this issue is occurring in RIO version 23.08.00 or above, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent. Ensure to provide the ClientID's you are trying to merge.
