Error: Please enter on or after the date of birth.
This is a known software issue that is fixed in RIO version 25.01.00.
Workaround:
Until the fix is applied, you can:
Delete the progress note via the Clinical Record Management screen.
If the progress note must remain in the system, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent. Include the following details:
ClientID.
Date and time of the progress note.
We can then apply a data change to mark the note as entered in error.
