This is a known issue that has been fixed in RIO version 23.04.00. The software fix reference is 126772.
Workaround
As a temporary solution, please try removing one of the duplicate entries.
If this does not resolve the issue:
Open the digital assistant.
Type talk to a person, the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
Include any relevant details such as the affected ClientID
