If your organisation is on RIO version 23.11.00 and onwards, you should have the functionality to action the spine unlink yourselves.
Check RIO version
Confirm your organisation is on Rio 23.11.00 or later:
Navigated to Help then About in Rio.
Verify version number displayed.
Access the Spine Unlink screen
If you are on Rio version 23.11.00 or later, go to:
LIVE Rio, click Menu.
Select the Black Cog then Client Unlink from Spine.
Configure Menu item if not visible
If the Menu item is missing, configure it manually. Navigate to:
Menu, then click on the Black Cog.
Menu Configuration, Main Menu.
Configuration Item, Add New Menu Item.
Enter details:
Name: Client Unlink from Spine
Item: Please Select
URL:

If RIO version is below 23.11.00
You cannot action the unlink yourself.
Please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent. Include:
ClientID to be unlinked.
