Configure CDS contracts and SLA settings

Steps to set up contracts and SLAs in Rio to ensure the Commissioning Serial Number is included correctly in CDS submissions.

To support the output of the Commissioning Serial Number field in the CDS Service Agreement Details structure, all bulk contracts and SLAs must be defined in Rio using the CDS Contracts screen.

Add a CDS contract or SLA

  1. Access the CDS Contract/SLA Configuration screen from the menu.

  2. Click New Contract to create a new contract/SLA entry.

  3. Complete all required fields, including the Contract Description and Commissioning Serial Number fields.

  4. Click Save.

Repeat for each active contract/SLA.

📌Note: If the Commissioning Serial Number is missing from a CDS submission, the most likely cause is that the contract or SLA has not been entered in the CDS Contract/SLA Configuration screen.
