Use this checklist to confirm that all required configuration is in place before going live with national dataset reporting. Work through each section in turn and confirm each item is complete.
MHSDS
Trust Uses MHSDS flag enabled in DiagnosisConfig.
All four CPA Review Read-Only Fields configured: Employment Status, Weekly Hours Worked, Accommodation Status, and Settled Accommodation Indicator.
CPA Review Read-Only Fields set as mandatory in CPA Review Configuration.
HoNOS assessment form created as Style 4 or 6 with mandatory score fields.
HoNOS form linked to CPA Review via Read Only Fields and system constants.
Staff Professional Group set on all clinical HCP records.
DiagnosisType system constant configured per the System Constants Guide.
CDS
CDSXML5_BT system constant verified and set correctly.
All bulk contracts and SLAs entered in the CDS Contracts/SLA Configuration screen.
Area PCO configured in PCO Constant Management.
Appointment outcome codes verified, AttendedOrDidNotAttend and OutcomeOfAttendance national codes correct.
CSDS
Child Health assessment forms created as Style 4 or 6 with mandatory fields.
PSSSuspensionReason master table populated.
All datasets
All national dataset forms use Style 4 or Style 6, not Style 1, 3, or 5.
All pick list fields use master table-driven coded values, no free text for nationally coded fields.
Content Validation enabled on all Style 4/6 forms capturing national dataset data.
Mandatory field enforcement tested end-to-end, form cannot be validated without required fields.
Data quality audit completed, all existing records checked for missing mandatory fields.
