Four Read Only Fields can be configured on the CPA Review screen to capture data required for Mental Health Services Data Set (MHSDS) reporting. These fields pull data from a configured Rio assessment form via the AssessmentReadOnlyFields master table.
The four MHSDS fields are:
Employment Status.
Weekly Hours Worked.
Accommodation Status.
Settled Accommodation Indicator.
⚠️Important: System constants must be configured to refer to the appropriate fields in the assessment form before the Read Only Fields will populate correctly. Refer to the separate Rio System Administration System Constants Guide for the required system constant values.
Configure the MHSDS Read Only Fields
Create or identify the assessment form that captures Employment Status, Weekly Hours Worked, Accommodation Status, and Settled Accommodation Indicator. This form must use pick lists mapped to the correct master tables:
GenEmpStatus.
GenWeeklyHoursWorked.
GenAccommodationStatus.
Configure Read Only Fields in the AssessmentReadOnlyFields master table, one entry per MHSDS field, pointing to the correct field on the assessment form.
Access CPA Review Configuration from the Admin menu.
In the four MHSDS Read Only Fields section, use the Field Name pick list to associate each field with the appropriate Read Only Field entry from AssessmentReadOnlyFields.
Check the mandatory checkboxes to the right of each field to make them required before CPA Review validation.
Click Save.
📌Note: If the Read Only Fields are not populating on the CPA Review screen, check that the system constants are correctly configured and that the AssessmentReadOnlyFields master table entries point to the correct form and field names.
