Ward attendees are patients who are attending the ward without being formally admitted. For example, patients attending for a day visit, an assessment, or an outpatient appointment. They appear in a separate section below the main bed list in both the Bed Layout View and the Ward List View.
View ward attendees
Ward attendees are listed automatically below the main bed list whenever you open the Bed Layout View or the Ward List View for a ward.
To navigate to a specific date and view attendees for that day, use the calendar on the screen.
View ward attendee history
You can view historical ward attendance records for individual patients.
To view the full attendance history for all patients, click View Ward Attendee's History.
To view the attendance history for a specific patient, click the green arrow button in the View History column next to that patient's record.
