The Ward Planner gives you a visual overview of current and future bed occupancy for a ward. You can view occupancy by week or by month, and switch to a tabular view to see the details of every planned event.
đNote: The Ward Planner is a planning tool. You can only view the current and future dates, past dates are not available.
Ward Planner modes
The Ward Planner has two modes, which control what you can do:
Ward Mode: View and plan events for your ward.
All Mode: Approve or remove approval from planned events, as well as plan and view events. You can only see wards that you have been authorised to view.
You can switch between the Ward Planner view and the Ward Planner Tabular View at any time.
