You may notice that an appointment is displaying the incorrect waiting list for a client.
This can happen when a client is removed from a group appointment and then added back again. If during the re‑booking process, a different waiting list is selected, the system may link the appointment to both waiting lists instead of the correct one.
This behaviour only occurs when using the multi-waiting list feature, where multiple client waiting lists are associated with the same referral.
If you are experiencing this issue, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent. Ensure to provide the ClientID.
