This issue occurs when two client records have overlapping planned inpatient episodes.
An overlap can happen when the end date and time of the From Client’s episode is the same as the start date and time of the To Client’s episode. Because the dates and times match exactly, the system treats the episodes as overlapping and prevents the merge from completing.
