Merge would produce overlapping CPA episodes
This message can appear when trying to merge two clients. There is a known issue where the system incorrectly detects overlapping CPA episodes, even when the overlaps exist only in the ToClient record.
This issue is fixed in RIO version 24.08.00.
In the meantime, if you encounter this message, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
