If a next of kin has been added under Personal Contacts in a client record by mistake, deleting the record in RIO will not resolve the issue. The record will reappear every time the client syncs with Spine.
Resolution
To correct this:
The next of kin record must be removed from Spine first.
Once deleted on Spine, perform a sync in RIO to remove the record from the client’s profile.
If Spine confirms there is no next of kin record, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent. Include the ClientID and next of kin details to be removed.
