Smart card login error: No role found in organisation

This issue occurs when a user logs in with a smart card but has no assigned role in the organisation, requiring a review of their security configuration.

This error occurs when the smart card does not have any roles or an organisation assigned to it.


Resolution

  1. Contact your RA team. Ensure that your smart card has the correct roles and organisation assigned.

  2. If the issue persists. please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent
