This is a known issue in RIO where the Progress Notes screen skips the method that runs for each note when the note is scrolled past. This will be fixed in RIO version 24.01.00.
Workaround
Reload the page and scroll slowly down the notes.
This may prevent or reduce the number of notes affected.
