Clinical Record Management screen does not appear

In order to gain access to the Clinical Record Management screen, you will need to set up a menu item to point at the required URL.

We have a document containing a list of menu item URLS. You can find this in Appendix D.

For specific instructions around ensuring that the appropriate menu item is configured for the Clinical Record Management feature, this will then be included in a future revision of the System Admin guide.
