When searching in Clinical Record Management, the system checks against the first date and time the Progress Note was recorded. This may include an auto save timestamp prior to any manually entered date and time.
Steps to verify
Open the note in Progress Notes.
Click Detail.
Check the time of the first version of the note next to Originally Entered By.
Use this time when searching in Clinical Record Management.
If the Progress Note still does not appear
Please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
